I have stayed in this hotel 2 days with my best friend. We have really appreciated the calmness of the location from the hotel. It’s located directly at the beach of La Franca. The personell working there is really friendly. The room is equipped with all necessary things you need. Nevertheless the bed was a little small “queen size” so for two persons a little tiny. The room was also not so spacious but it’s ok for a the time. The bathroom is big enough for two persons. If you want to make a vacation directly at a calm beach without any mass tourism I fully recommend you this hotel.

What a find! A wonderful, calm, luxurious hotel right on a private beach. The room was great (mind the little step up into the Bathroom though!) and the welcome was warm and friendly. Dinner was outstanding with a wonderful menu of interesting, local foods. Not to be missed and would absolutely stay there again.

Arrived at hotel to be told our booking had been cancelled by the hotel to accommodate a wedding party that had been accepted after our booking had been confirmed and paid. Offered a dingy hotel with no bar or restaurant in Colombres. Disgusted. Getting our money back from the tour operators, who are also furious they were not informed either. We had to drive to Santander and pay again for a suitable hotel for our group. Do not book this hotel, it is run by dishonest, underhand, money grabbing liars. Avoid risking our bad experience by not booking here.

Absolutely fabulous location. Five star plus. The beach is spectacular particularly when the tide goes out exposing pre-historic lake, rock formation and caves. However, the hotel could provide the rental of sunbeds and chairs for the beach, otherwise bring your own.

Hotel is old but recently renovated. Good location on the beach. Part of a campground complex? On the downside, the service in the restaurant at dinner seemed untrained, unprofessional, and fairly unfriendly. Absolutely not pleasant and made the whole stay less enjoyable. See photo of my dessert “tossed” on. The table in the “4 Star” hotel restaurant.

Great location right by a beautiful beach. At low tide you can walk to the next beach and there's a few caves to explore etc. Only downside is that on a sunny day the surroundings can become pretty busy and congested. Nice modern rooms and good service. Soundproofing in the rooms could be a little better, though, you'll likely hear your neighbor's TV etc.

Loved our short stay here, lovely rooms, excellent food and good service. If you want to party its not your place, but if you want relaxation then recommended!

Wish i was still there. Looked out my window 5meter away is the beautiful beach. Staff very helpful food good. Lovely location. One of the best places and not expensive. Definitely coming back.
